If you have forgotten your login details for Internet Banking, or your password is blocked due to invalid attempts, your password will need to be reset.
For issue and re-issue of password, or uplifting of Block code, please visit our nearest branch with a valid photo ID. You must complete a Customer Instruction Letter at the branch before a new password can be issued.
Alternatively, if you have signed a Fax/Email Indemnity with the Bank, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with issue/re-issue of password. A Customer Instruction Letter will be emailed for you to complete and scan back to us before we release a new password to you.
This process also applies to clients residing abroad, who have signed a Fax/Email Indemnity with HFC Bank.
