Protecting your privacy is important to HFC Bank.

Beware of fraudulent emails which may be designed to look like they’ve come from HFC Bank but are fraudulent.

The email may ask you to provide your personal account information such as account number, Member Login or Password. It might convey an urgent need to communicate with you immediately for your own security.

Do not click on the link nor respond to any email requesting personal information, even if they appear to have come from HFC Bank.

The HFC Bank will not send such emails requesting you to confirm, update or disclose your confidential banking information.

Keep your personal information as secure as possible to avoid being a victim. Be suspicious if the process to conduct a transaction differs from normal process. If in doubt, DO NOT PROCEED. Contact our HFC Bank.

Ensure that you always access HFC Bank internet and mobile banking by visiting our website www.hfc.com.fj, and selecting the link for Internet or Mobile Banking.

If you receive an email you believe may be a hoax, please forward it as an attachment to customercare@hfc.com.fj.

If you feel your security or personal information has been compromised or you notice a transaction you did not initiate, please call the HFC Bank Call Centre Team on +679 3316555 or 5500 if using a mobile phone, from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
