How to reset your login details for HFC Bank Internet Banking

If you have forgotten your login details for Internet Banking, or your password is blocked due to invalid attempts, your password will need to be reset.

For issue and re-issue of password, or uplifting of Block code, please visit our nearest branch with a valid photo ID. You must complete a Customer Instruction Letter at the branch before a new password can be issued.

Alternatively, if you have signed a Fax/Email Indemnity with the Bank, please email us at customercare@hfc.com.fj for assistance with issue/re-issue of password. A Customer Instruction Letter will be emailed for you to complete and scan back to us before we release a new password to you.

Above process also applies to clients residing abroad, who have signed a Fax/Email Indemnity with HFC Bank.
