- 10.15%p.a fixed rate for 6 months;
- 12.00%p.a Variable rate (subject to variation in line with any movement in HFC's index rates generally)
- Maximum 25 years OR balance of retirement age 60 whichever is lesser
- 20% of actual project cost. Equity of surplus value on security can only be considered in light of "first-way-out" asessment and Customer value to HFC.
- Minimum $10,000
- Maximum $750,000
