Fundraising for Fiji Cancer Society
The HFC Staff Fiji-wide organized an in-house fundraise for the Cancer Society's Biggest Morning Tea. Being a responsible corporate citizen HFC Staff believe that by assisting the needy in the community they will be able to contribute to the general welfare of the community at large.
The staff showed great initiative to support the society in helping fight cancer with a cup of tea. Staff were so touched with the story that the Guest Speaker, Mr. Akalesh Chetty shared from his experience as a cancer survivor. The presence of Ms. Marilyn Curtis, Board Secretary of the Fiji Cancer Society who gave staff a briefing on the work that the Society undertakes.
